2025 OSU Extension Service Master Gardener™ Apprentice Graduation & Recertification Celebration
This will also be a potluck of sweets and savories (finger food). Apprentices do not need to bring food-we're celebrating them!
Note from Stormi: "I wanted to share this wonderful news as soon as possible. As of 12:01AM, Lincoln County has FIFTY-SEVEN officially Certified Master Gardener™ Volunteers. You all have put your hearts, souls (should that be “soils” – Ha) and time into serving our community this past year.
The tangible VRS records show that from 11/01/24 – 10/31/25, this amazing group reported 948 hours of Continuing Education (which doesn’t even count the 40+ hours of foundational learning each of the Apprentices completed) and contributed 6,930 hours of Volunteer Service Hours. That wasn’t a typo. SIX THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND THIRTY HOURS. What the actual heck?! This is incredible.
The intangible impact goes far beyond the numbers – it’s invaluable. Evie & I appreciate every single minute that you choose to educate, inspire and support our community by sharing & teaching sustainable gardening practices and science-based education. Hats off and oh so well done.
Looking forward to our OSU Extension Service | Lincoln County Master Gardener™ Association: 2025 OSU Extension Service Master Gardener™ Apprentice Graduation & Recertification Celebration on 11/12/25 from 4:30-6:30PM. (Please RSVP if you haven’t yet done so.)"
